Maid Aid Cleaning Services is a professional cleaning company with our own in-house trained Filipino cleaners not contractors or other service providers. Using our online platform you can make a booking for a one-time cleaning or schedule regular cleanings in three easy steps:

You can register at the time of your first booking. After a successful booking you will receive a confirmation email with a link to create a password and login to your Maid Aid-Clean account.
If you have forgotten your password when attempting to log in, simply enter your email address and click “forgot password”. We will send you an email with a link to create a new password.
Booking Questions
We will send you a confirmation email directly after receiving your online booking.
Our booking system will ask you how many rooms and bathrooms need to be cleaned. It will also ask if you require additional cleaning services (such as ironing or inside oven cleaning) and then provide you with the estimated time necessary for your booking.
If the cleaner informs us that they require more time than booked, we will contact you for approval. The minimum booking duration is 3 hours
You can cancel or amend your booking up to 24 hours before the cleaning is scheduled free of charge. Any cancellation or amendment made less than 24 hours before the cleaning is scheduled to begin will incur cancellation costs equivalent to 50% of the cleaning fee. A booking cannot be cancelled less than 12 hours before the scheduled appointment.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not happy with the cleaning result, our quality control team will investigate the issue and offer you a suitable solution.

Absolutely. In your account you can see who you have previously booked. Simply select your preference when you book again.
You can add cleaning supplies to your booking for an extra charge of 25 AED/ session.
Our international brand of Eco / Bio-Friendly cleaning products is available upon request at great value to your home, family and the environment. All are non-toxic and 100% organic from natural ingredients. No harmful chemicals are included.
You can add Eco Friendly cleaning supplies to your booking for an extra charge of 45 AED/ session.
1. Cleaning products (toilet cleaners, general purpose cleaners, glass cleaners, detergents and grease solvents)
2. Cleaning equipment (mop & bucket, broom, dust brush & pan)
3. Vacuum cleaner (including any extra parts required)

Yes! You will receive a feedback email after your cleaning has been completed. Complete the short survey and tell us anything else you would like us to know about your Maid Aid and the cleaning service they provided you.

Yes. An electronic invoice will be emailed to you.
For General Cleaning the hourly rate starts from 36.75 AED/hr and 52.50 AED /hr (incl. 5% VAT) for Deep Cleaning, with a minimal of 3 hours per booking. This includes all services in our Standard Cleaning Package which you can review at the time of booking. Additional services (such as ironing or inside oven cleaning) add extra time to the booking and will be charged at the same rate. Cleaning materials can be provided for 26.25 AED (incl. 5% VAT) per session.
