1. Introduction
Maidaid provides professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties across the UAE. These Terms and Conditions define the agreement between Maidaid (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) and the customer (“you”, “your”) using our cleaning services.
2. Booking & Payment
•All bookings must be made through our website, mobile app, phone, or authorized booking platforms.
•Payment can be made online via secure payment gateways or in cash upon service completion (if applicable).
•Prices are based on the selected service type, duration, and location.
•Full payment must be made before or immediately after the service is completed.
•Additional charges may apply for extra services requested beyond the initial booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
•You may cancel or reschedule your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time without a penalty.
•Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
•If our team arrives at the location but is unable to perform the service due to access issues, we reserve the right to charge a call-out fee.
4. Service Quality & Guarantee
•We strive to provide the highest standard of cleaning services.
•If you are dissatisfied with our service, you must report the issue within 24 hours for resolution.
•We will inspect and, if necessary, re-clean the areas that did not meet our quality standards at no additional cost.
•We do not offer refunds unless there is clear evidence of service failure.
5. Customer Responsibilities
By booking our services, you agree to:
•Provide accurate information about the cleaning location and service requirements.
•Ensure access to the premises at the scheduled time (e.g., providing keys or security access).
•Secure all valuables before the service begins.
•Ensure that water, electricity, and necessary cleaning supplies (if not provided by us) are available.
•Notify us in advance of any special cleaning requirements (e.g., allergies, sensitive materials).
6. Liability & Damages
•While we take great care in delivering our services, Maidaid is not responsible for:
•Normal wear and tear of items during cleaning.
•Pre-existing damages to furniture, appliances, or fixtures.
•Any loss or theft of valuables (we recommend securing personal belongings).
•In case of accidental damage caused by our cleaners, you must report it within 24 hours, and we will assess the claim.
•Our liability for any proven damages will not exceed the total service fee paid for that cleaning session.
7. Health & Safety
•Our cleaners are trained to follow hygiene and safety protocols.
• We use eco-friendly and safe cleaning products whenever possible.
•Our staff has the right to refuse service in unsafe or unsanitary environments (e.g., presence of hazardous materials, biohazards, infestations).
•Customers must notify us in advance if the property requires special precautions.
8. Service Limitations
•We provide general and deep cleaning services but do not offer:
•Heavy lifting or furniture removal.
•Cleaning of areas outside normal human reach without proper equipment.
•Specialized cleaning for hazardous materials (e.g., mold, chemicals).
•Post-construction cleaning (unless specified in service options).
9. Privacy & Confidentiality
•All customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
•We do not share personal details with third parties except as required for booking and service fulfillment.
•Our staff is trained to respect your privacy and maintain confidentiality while providing services.
10. Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if:
•A customer repeatedly cancels or reschedules without proper notice.
•There is harassment, abusive behavior, or unsafe conditions for our staff.
•Payment is not made as per the agreed terms.
•There is any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of our services after modifications means you accept the updated terms.
